BASIC ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT TO

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS BUT NOT TURNKEY BASIS

We provide all drawings like Architectural, Presentation, Working Drawings,3D view with Supervision or Without Supervision Visiting Architect Fee As well.                                 

​OUR ARCHITECTURAL FEE IS FOLLOWING:-

• Up to 100 sq yd or 1000 Sft Dwg Fee is 30,000 /- (Thirty Thousand only)

• But Not Supervision Including

• 100 sq yd to 300 sq yd Dwg Fee is 60,000 /- (Sixty Thousand Only)

• OR With Super Vision of the Project is Costing 5% of the total Estimate Cost of the  Project at local sites. Visiting Charges or Fare of First Class Train to be charged for out side of city.

• All Dwg Including 3D or Working Issue After Full Payment of Dwg Fee

• Concept Dwg Or Sketch Min. Charge is 5000/- Only for Residential or Min. 10,000 for commercial.

• OUT OF STATION IF STAY THEN ALL TA/DA TO BE CHARGE  FROM CLIENT SIDE
